  3. Remove skin, fat and every bone
  4. Shred into tiny pieces and remove leftovers within a few hours

Why

Risks. Raw chicken can carry Salmonella and other bacteria. Seasoned or leftover chicken often contains salt, onion or garlic, which can damage red blood cells in pets, and cooked bones can splinter. Meat spoils quickly if hoarded in the nest.
