Everything on this site comes from one open dataset: 68 foods × 3 species = 204 verdicts, each with portion, frequency, preparation steps, risks, sources, an evidence label and a confidence level.
- foods.json The complete dataset (427 KB).
- verdicts.csv One row per food × species (240 KB), for spreadsheets.
- sources.json The 74 sources cited.
- nutrition.json USDA nutrient values per 100 g.
